A first time for everything

Not that I'm proud of this, but my entire life I'd never been on a public transportation. Well, I've taken a cab, of course, but (a) I wasn't alone and (b) I don't really consider a cab as a public transportation; it's more like your private car, ready to take you anywhere, only with different driver.

Yesterday, however, no one could pick me up from the office. So I took that chance to try going home by myself. Sempet deg-degan juga, would I make it to Bintaro from Bunderan HI or not. I walked from my office to the nearest busway station, caught the emptiest one that came, then there I went, my first bus ride alone, to Ratu Plaza. From there, I rode Trans Bintaro all the way to BTC where Mom picked me up.

The buses were air-conditioned, and I wasn't jammed between people; I had decent seats in both cars. But still, it was exciting for me.

Also yesterday I found out my GPA for this semester, which reached past 3.00. This is definitely something new for me, as I'd never gotten a >3.00 before. I guess all the studying paid off, then.
