Diamond is indeed a girl's best friend

I saw the most beautiful engagement ring ever...in my dream two nights ago. And it was mine, from Bangun (who else, right?).

It has got to be one of the weirdest, yet most memorable dream I'd ever had. Bangun proposed to me, and the next thing I knew was I had that ring in my left middle finger. Yes, middle. The ring was a mixture of gold, white gold, with diamonds sprinkled all around it.

I'll try to describe more, though it's kinda hard: the upper and lower surface is made from gold, and it is engraved with white gold in the middle, all around the ring. Little diamonds are sprinkled all over the carving, making the ring sparkle here and there. Shiny, but not flashy.

What's a girl to say no to that, right? Too bad, I don't know how he proposed to me, as that would make the dream more  interesting.

In my dream, I was happy as Santa on Prozac. I showed the ring to some people including Bangun's parents, smiling from ear to ear. When I woke up, I was kinda sweating. And not to mention feeling really weird, yet I could still feel the giddyness a little bit. Haha how could I have a dream about that, I would never know. When I told Bangun, his first reaction was, "Yah selamet deh yang mau ngelamar kamu, mahal banget kayaknya cincinnya."

Anyway, that dream made me wonder about something. What if someday a guy asks me to marry him, but I don't like the ring he has for me? Haha it could happen to me, yknow, as I can be very picky with the things people give to me. Call me an ungrateful bitch, but when I don't like a gift, I neglect them almost completely.

There's no chance that I can swap the ring now, is there?
