Minal aidin wal faidzin

Happy Lebaran, everyone!

It's here again, THE day for muslims, the day when eating ketupat is somehow required (I myself don't really like it), the day when people you don't even normally talk to send you an apology, the day when you go around the town through the shitty traffic to say "apa kabaar, minal aidin..Iya masih kuliah..UPH..Iya Karawaci..Ah enggak macet, kan ada tol BSD...Masa sih makin tinggi.." to your relatives (repeatedly), and in my family, it's the day when you feel awkward when discussing your parents' divorce years ago.

You can probably tell I'm not the biggest fan of this day, huh. As I'm getting older, Lebaran is just another day for me. I don't know about this year, though. Don't expect much to happen, at least I'm stil thankful that I have a family to celebrate it with. I'm more looking forward to Saturday, when I turn 21. Nothing much changed during my 20th year, except that I got myself a boyfriend. Hehe. Hopefully Nov.5th will turn out twice as fun as the last one!
