Here I am in Jimbaran, Bali. Sitting pretty with my laptop, a tall glass of ice cappucino, cigarette in hand, and the beach right before me. Aw I feel so sad. How many days left to Dec. 15??!
Two things I've learned so far from my trip:
First, I can't live alone. I have to have my close friends or family with me. I mean, only what, five days now and already I've cried and cried and finally when not knowing what to do today since it's a day off (thank oh almighty God), I tucked a flower on my ear and checked my reflection in the mirror. You see here, I'm losing it, yknow. Whoop.
Second, I am, going to do almost everything to get me a job as a journalist. I have been sooooo jealous looking at my journalist colleagues here! They have all the fun in the world covering the biggest event of the conference, and they don't have to worry about not knowing the issue thoroughly. I wouldn't mind carrying the tripods and the camera everywhere.
AP, BBC, Reuters, are you hiring?
